The very first reason is to make sure the result or achievement expected before. By monitoring and managing performance, we can see any potential future problems, hoping that it’ll be controlled before it’s getting worse or embodied. Another benefit can be obtained by monitoring and managing performance, such as: create development strategies, providing clarity and opportunity of feedback, increasing engagement and productivity, and others.

This stage can only be done after we’ve been able to map numbers of things that generally known as Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat, and it still relevant up until this day. In other hand, presenting performance can be a daunting task, it’s easier to slip than maintaining pace. The way performance presented can vary depending on the context. Some cases, it may be more effective to declare performance, while others may be effective to presenting it through testimony. Declaring performance meaning state the performance directly.
